So far, the Worcester Senior Center has hosted two Dementia Friends information sessions and one Champion training. Since June 2019, DFW has educated 67 new Dementia Friends and counting in and around Worcester! Check out the Events page to learn more. Contact Patty at hainsworthp@worcesterma.gov to schedule a Dementia Friends session for your group.

We had a great turnout for the Kickoff Celebration, held at the Worcester Senior Center on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Our activities included a photo booth, interactive posters, an educational slideshow, and informational games. Thank you to the RSVP senior volunteers for helping with the event!

Sarahbeth lead a Dementia Friends information session after the kickoff. There will be another Dementia Friends informational session and Champion training on July 23, 1-3pm at the Senior Center. Check out the Events page to learn more.
